Good decision on yard waste pickup

Thanks to Riverside's village manager for a quick and effective response to a resident's request to accelerate to onset of yard waste pick up, due to the earlier than normal spring.
The first pickup will be Wednesday, March 28, rather than the first Tuesday in April. His diligence is appreciated.
