The Bulldogs placed fifth at the Hinsdale South Invitational with a score of 55. Several individuals shined as senior Alex Huffhines won the high jump and set a new personal record in the 110-meter high hurdles at 16:59. Kevin Faje ran a time of 10:24.15 in the 3200 (a new personal record for him by four seconds). The underclassmen medley relay teams ran strong as the freshmen quartet of Jermaine Averhart, Mike McCabe, Marvin McKenzie and Eugene Makovetsky clocked a 4:07.9, while sophomores Otis Dortch (a freshman running up), Jack VandeMerkt, Lewis Rogers and Spencer Purcell posted an impressive 3:55.41.
