Jerry Motycka, 85, Retired roofer

Jerry Motycka, 85, of North Riverside, died April 20, 2012.

Mr. Motycka was born in Chicago on March 29, 1927. He was a U.S. Army veteran and worked as a roofer prior to his retirement.

He was the husband of the late Elsie Motycka (nee Kaderabek); the father of Jerry (Mary) Motycka Jr.; and the brother of Renny (Millie) Motycka.

A private memorial service is being held May 19.
