John Kozik, 83, of Brookfield, and a winter resident of Boca Raton, Fla., died June 11, 2013.
Mr. Kozik was born Sept. 1, 1929 and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. A cabinet maker, he was a member of Carpenters Union Local #1027. He was also a member of the American Legion.
He was the husband of Annette Kozik (nee Barich); the father of Susan (Kelly) Jones, John Kozik and James (Denise) Kozik; the grandfather of Sean Jones, Alison Jones, William Kozik and Claire Kozik; and the brother of Ludka Gergel.
A funeral service was held June 15 at Sts. Peter and Paul Lutheran Church in Riverside. Interment was private.
