Russell E. Kroll, 92, Accountant
Russell E. Kroll, 92, died Jan. 20, 2010 at his Brookfield home.
He was born in Maywood on June 13, 1917 to John and Anna (nee Reinhart) Kroll. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and worked as an accountant after the war.
Mr. Kroll is survived by his wife, Mary A. Kroll (nee Cunningham); his sons, John (Mary Lou) Kroll of Clarendon Hills and James (Shelley) Kroll; his grandchildren, Rachel Anderson, Sarah Kroll, Jason Kroll, Margaret Kroll and Elizabeth Kroll; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra Anderson, Jayden Anderson and Eliana Kroll.
A guneral service was held Jan. 22 at Christ Lutheran Church in Oak Park, followed by interment at Cahapel Hill Gardens West cemetery in Oakbrook Terrace.
