Constance E. Kouba (nee Konrad), 83, died Oct. 2, 2010, at her home in Brookfield.
Born in Chicago on July 10, 1927, to James and Josephine (nee Kaspar) Konrad, she later married Emil L. Kouba, who preceded his wife in death. She worked as a secretary.
Ms. Kouba is survived by her children, James Kouba, Daniel (Juliann) Kouba and Julie (Thomas) Krivograd, of Lemont; her grandchildren, Tracy Schuring, Joel Schuring, Sally Kouba, Emily Krivograd, Daniel Kouba and Sophie Krivograd; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mariann Nelson.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9445 31st St. in Brookfield, followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park.
