A heartfelt thank you to Scott Zimmer, owner of The Chew Chew in downtown Riverside for generously sponsoring a beer tasting fundraiser that benefited the Riverside Junior Woman’s Charity (RJWC). This is the second year that Scott has so graciously provided the venue and entertainment enabling a local charity to easily raise funds for their organization.
The Riverside Haus Party occurred on Sunday, Oct. 17, featuring 44 seasonal, domestic and imported beers, hors d’ oeuvres and live music. This delicious event was hostess to 150 supporters resulting in over $5,000 raised.
All funds raised will be used to help the RJWC continue to champion local events, donate to other charitable groups, and help families in need. RJWC Haus Party chairs, Sandy Briolat, Jessica Niekrasz and Robin Mooney would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported this event; together we can make a difference.
