The Riverside Chamber of Commerce would like to encourage the community to partake in a national movement — Small Business Saturday. Television, radio ads, news programs, and Facebook are all promoting this terrific new tradition that accompanies Black Friday and Cyber Monday for this giant shopping weekend. This year, Nov. 27 is the first ever Small Business Saturday, a day to support the local businesses that create jobs, boost the economy, and preserve neighborhoods around the country.
The Chamber of Commerce, 82 members and growing, thanks you in advance for pledging to support Riverside’s businesses. This Saturday is a day to come together in support of the small businesses we love — the shops and restaurants that employ our neighbors and reinvest our money close to home-and that are the heartbeat of our communities and local economies.
