Having previously lived in a community where several school referendums failed which resulted in drastically under-funded schools, I’m writing to voice my support for the upcoming Riverside-Brookfield High School referendum.
Four years ago, one of the primary reasons that my husband and I chose to move to the area of LaGrange Park that we eventually settled in was the outstanding reputation of Riverside-Brookfield High School.
LaGrange Park residents are fortunate to live in a community recently ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the top 20 most stable real estate markets in the country, and part of that stability is a result of the areas outstanding schools. Please vote yes in April to keep RB a vital part of the fabric of this community.
