Lorraine L. Eckart (nee Neumann), 81, died March 7, 2011, at her home in Brookfield.
She was born in Chicago on Aug. 16, 1929, to Arthur and Freda Neumann, one of 11 children in the family. She later married Clifford “Cliff” R. Eckart, with whom she raised two children.
Ms. Eckart is survived by her husband, Clifford; her children, Dale (Marcie) Eckart and Cheryl (Matthew) Sauvageau; her siblings, Grace (Don) Munro, Laverne (the late Ed) Cichy, Dolores (John) Ziola, Arliss Kennedy, Jim Neumann and John (Sharon) Neumann; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, David Neumann, Art (Myrna) Neumann and Paul (Gerry) Neumann, and her sister, Dorothy Kitching.
A funeral service was held March 11 at Hitzeman Funeral Home in Brookfield.
