A gift basket of items and offers from Riverside merchants worth up to $1,000 is the grand prize in the Riverside Township Lions Club’s annual Fourth of July Raffle.
Tickets, which cost $1 apiece or six for $5, are available from all club members, according to Melissa Kotrba, raffle chair. Lions also will be selling tickets on the morning of July 4 along the parade route in Riverside and at the club’s booth after the parade in Guthrie Park.
Other prizes are a $500 savings bond donated by Riverside Bank, a $100 gift card donated by PNC Bank in Riverside, a $100 savings bond donated by First American Bank in Riverside and a $50 gift card donated by Standard Federal Bank in North Riverside.
Proceeds will help the club provide annual financial support to charities and community organizations.
Winners, who will be announced at noon on July 4, do not need to be present and will be contacted.
