Mary L. Wainer (nee Ardente), 68, of Temecula, Calif., and formerly of Brookfield, died June 28, 2011 at her home.
Born in Oak Park on Nov. 29, 1942 to Carmine and Emma Ardente, she later married James Wainer Sr., who survives his wife.
Ms. Wainer is also survived by her son, James G. (Cynthia) Wainer Jr.; her grandchildren, Claudia Wainer, Clayton Wainer and Catherine Wainer; her sisters, Josephine Munnich and Roseann Rendl; and her brother, John Ardente.
A funeral Mass was celebrated July 7 at St. Louise de Marillac Church in LaGrange Park, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
