Maria Francesca Madden (nee DiNatale), 37, of LaGrange, and a former longtime resident of Riverside, died July 12, 2011 at her home surrounded by friends and family.
Ms. Madden graduated from St. Mary School in Riverside and Nazareth Academy in LaGrange Park. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a master’s degree from Roosevelt University. She was a certified event planner and a member of the Professional Meetings and Convention Association.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Madden; her parents, former Riverside Village President Joseph and Adele (nee Mastrantonio) DiNatale; her siblings, Joseph (Betty) DiNatale, Katherine (Edward) Campbell, Marc (Gwen) DiNatale and Michael (Jacqueline) DiNatale; her nieces and nephews, Lexi DiNatale, Joey DiNatale, Genna DiNatale, Elle DiNatale, Eddie Campbell, Grace Campbell, Mary Campbell and Charlie Campbell; and her in-laws, Kenneth and Connie Madden.
A funeral Mass was celebrated July 16 at St. Mary Church in Riverside. Memorial contributions are appreciated to Maria and Wayne’s Special Intention Fund to provide the support and assistance to another woman fighting the same battle Maria fought.
