Brookfield-based Community Support Services has named Diane Farina White as its next president and CEO. White, who is executive director of Esperanza Community Services, will begin in her new role on Aug. 22, replacing Interim President and CEO Kaye Masters.

As executive director at Esperanza, White oversaw the operation of a $3.8 million organization with 80 employees and five agency-owned properties in Chicago. Her accomplishments there included starting a new behavior program to increase clinical services and created a higher profile for the agency through new branding, website and marketing plans.

“Diane brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and is a respected leader in the field of the developmentally disabled,” said Greg Mino, chairman of the Community Support Services board of directors, in a press release. “She shares our passion for serving individuals and will continue to build on the strong, family-oriented culture at CSS.”

Community Support Services is a nonprofit agency that provides services for people with developmental disabilities and their families.
