Brookfield Public Library is getting ready to “Kick It Up and Read” with Little Miss Ann at the Family Friday Night at the library, 3609 Grand Blvd. in Brookfield from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9.
Ann Torralba teaches at the Old Town School of Folk Music and has released two CDs for fun children’s music.
Time Out Chicago named Little Miss Ann one the “Most Influential Kids Musicians” in Chicago as well as “One of the Best Things to Happen to Chicago Kids.”
Admission is free, but registration is a must. Brookfield residents have priority registration.
