The Riverside-North Riverside Covenant of Churches has planned a “Taste of Churches” which will take place on Sunday, Sept. 25 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
A trolley will take visitors around to the various churches, starting at St. Mary Church (97 Herrick Road in Riverside) to Christ Community Presbyterian Church (2350 8th Ave. in North Riverside), Ascension Lutheran Church (400 Nuttall Road in Riverside) and Riverside United Methodist Church (82 Woodside Road in Riverside) and then back to St. Mary’s.
The tour will provide an opportunity to learn a bit of history of each church as well as tour the various churches.
