The Brookfield Police Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #38 will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project on Sunday, Nov. 6 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Brookfield VFW, 8844 Ogden Ave. in Brookfield.
Tickets are $6 and will be available at the door or prior to the breakfast at the Brookfield Police Department, 8200 Brookfield Ave. Kids under 6 eat for free.
According to the Wounded Warrior Project website, the group was founded in 2003 “to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members, to help injured service members aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs.”
