Classroom instruction will be offered to all private and parochial high school students who reside in Riverside-Brookfield High School District 208 beginning in February.
Students must meet the following state requirements:

Have a passing grade in at least eight classes during the previous two semesters

Be 15 years of age

Have sophomore standing

Have a Social Security number
This is the beginning phase of driver education and there is a non-refundable $325 fee. Checks should be made payable to Riverside-Brookfield High School. There will be an additional $20 permit fee required for the Secretary of State, which will be collected at the end of the course.
The class will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Room 219 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., beginning on Tuesday, Feb. 7 and ending on March 22. Attendance at all classes is mandatory.
Anyone interested may register the first night of class on Room 130. There is a maximum enrollment of 34 students. In enrollment exceeds that number, students will be chosen in chronological order, from oldest to youngest.
