Brian P. Jakubosky, 39, of Brookfield, died Feb. 16, 2012 at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago.
Mr. Jakubosky was born in Oak Park on Feb. 6, 1973 to Gerald and Leota Belle Jakubosky. He worked as a tile finisher for a construction company.
He was preceded in death by his father. Mr. Jakubosky is survived by his mother; his brother, Jerry (Rosalie) Jakubosky; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9445 31st St. in Brookfield, followed immediately by a funeral service officiated by the Rev. Ross W. Bacon. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
