Georgiana D. Slenk (nee Hudziak), 88, of Brookfield, died April 8, 2012.
She was the wife of the late Walter J. Slenk; the mother of Cynthia (George) Sedlacek; the grandmother of Joseph (Shannon) Sedlacek and Sara Sedlacek; the great-grandmother of Jack G. Sedlacek; the sister of Clement (Marie) Hudziak, the late Alanzo Hudziak, Augustine Hudziak, Charlotte Wargula, Lucille Warzynski, Alphonse Hudziak, Harold Hudziak, John Hudziak, Raymond Hudziak, Leonard (Lorraine) Hudziak and Geraldine Bickerton-Edwards; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 11 from 3 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, April 12 from 9 to 9:30 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9445 31st St. in Brookfield.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at St. Louise de Marillac Church in LaGrange Park, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
