Daniel Stephen Bramos, 35, of Westchester and formerly of Brookfield, died Oct. 13, 2012.
Mr. Bramos was born on Nov. 23, 1976 and was raised in Michigan, where he graduated from Mason High School in 1994, participating in football and wrestling. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked for Allied Instruments in Berwyn for 14 years in electronic sales and service.
He maintained a special love of Michigan, where he enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting with family. He was also involved in bowling leagues, softball teams and golf tournaments.
Mr. Bramos was extremely active with his children and especially liked giving them pointers on softball and golf and sharing his love of the outdoors with them.
He was the husband of Julie Ann Bramos (nee Swasko); the father of Hannah Nicole and Emily Rose; the son of Stephen and Nola Bramos; the brother of Eric (Anna) Bramos, Heather (Kory) Brown, Tom Bramos and Matthew Bramos; the grandson of Louise and the late Edward Tarrant; the grandson of the late Thomas and Joann Washington; the son-in-law of John and Donna Swasko; grandson-in-law of Dorothy and the late Howard Kerkstra; the brother-in-law of David Swasko and Jenell (Frank) Ziberna; and is survived by many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held Oct. 20 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Hillside, followed by interment at Interment Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
