Marcella F. Zak (nee Dobes), 86, of Riverside, died Nov. 2, 2012.
Born on Sept. 14, 1926, she later married John J. Zak. In addition to being a homemaker and raising two children, Ms. Zak worked as the office manager of the Exzakt Survey Company, which she and her husband owned. Mr. Zak preceded his wife in death.
Ms. Zak was the mother of Carolyn (Bill) Rife and Paul (Lisa) Zak; the grandmother of Kimberly (Christopher) Swade, Carolanne (Peter) Maksimowicz, Taylor Zak, Mackenzie Zak and Alyssa Zak.
Visitation will be on Friday, Nov. 9 from 3 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. at Ivins/Moravecek Funeral Home, 80 E. Burlington St., Riverside. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Nov. 10 at Divine Infant Church in Westchester, followed by entombment in Christ the King Mausoleum at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
