As expected, Michael Towner, on Dec. 26, became the third candidate for village president in Brookfield, joining former PEP colleague Kit Ketchmark and independent Bill Russ on the ballot.
Towner also filed nominating petitions for Yvonne Prause, another former PEP Party member, who will run in 2013 as an independent for trustee. She previously served as a trustee from 2007-11.
Also running for trustee are the PEP Party slate of Nicole Gilhooley, Michael Garvey and Brian Oberhauser, along with independents Daniel Gribben and Mitch Mierop.
