Calling all auto enthusiasts: The Lyons Township Care Care Club (LTCC) is hosting its first annual Spring Car Show at the Lyons Township High School North Campus parking lot, 100 S. Brainard Ave., LaGrange, May 18, 11am-4pm. The Club hopes to secure 100-200 cars at the show. This is an all vehicles show open to the general public. All types of vehicles are welcome – hot rods, show cars, rat rods, imports, Euros, muscle cars, drag cars, sound competition cars and more. It’s free to attend and to enter a car!
Trophies will be awarded in the following categories: Best of Show, Best Muscle Car/Hot, Best Import/Tuner, Most Luxurious and Best Sound System.
WLTL Radio 88.1 and LTTV will be broadcasting live from 11am-1pm. Be sure to catch the LTCC’s very own National Qualifying Engine Rebuild Team in action as they rebuild an entire engine in under 35 minutes. In addition, there will be carnival games for kids and adults and food will also be available for purchase. Finally, don’t miss the opportunity to tour the newly remodeled Auto Shop.
