The Illinois Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration still may be kicking around an idea for a grade-separation structure to increase safety and traffic flow at the intersection of 47th Street and East Avenue, but the village of LaGrange has made up its mind on the matter.
LaGrange trustees voted unanimously on Monday to formally oppose any grade-separation solution for the intersection. LaGrange Patch has the story.
