Riverside Police responded to a suspicious incident at Riverside Brookfield High School on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013 at 11:54 a.m.
When officers arrived they were led to a second floor bathroom where an individual had left a statement written on the wall in pencil. The message made reference to not liking school and that the school would be bombed. There was no timeframe put on the message and it was not known when it was written.
Riverside Police, RB staff, and Riverside Fire Department searched the school thoroughly for anything suspicious, but found nothing.
Riverside Police are working with school officials in an attempt to identify the individual that wrote the message. Police have no suspects and continue to investigate.
