I think there needs to be a left-turn lane and left-turn arrow at the 31st Street and Maple Avenue intersection. The left-turn land and left-turn signal should be for traffic on 31st Street, who want to turn left onto southbound and northbound Maple Avenue.
This would help reduce traffic accidents at this intersection.
