Jerzy Burak, 50, of Brookfield, died on Nov. 20, 2013. He was born on March 26, 1963. Jerzy Burak is survived by his children, Sandra Burak and Robert Burak; his mother, Maria Klusek; and his brother, Tomasz Klusek.
