Riverside Township Assessor, Frances Sitkiewicz, would like to inform residents that personnel from the Cook County Assessor’s office have been in the township area assessing new construction and responding to inquiries in preparation for the township’s reassessment in the coming months. Staff may take a visual of the property, make measurements outside the home and will likely knock on the door to inform property owners of their presence. They will not ask to enter your home and you are under no obligation to allow entry if asked.
