Henry Kotynek, 85, of Riverside, died Feb. 26, 2014.
Mr. Kotynek was born Oct. 4, 1928. He was retired from a career as a meat cutter for Lawndale Meats in Chicago.
He was the husband of Lisa Kotynek (nee Mehringer); the father of Charlene Bulthuis and Michael (Heidi) Kotynek; and the grandfather of Athena Bulthuis, Chloe Kotynek, Michael Kotynek and Lilian Kotynek.
Private services have been held.
Ivins/Moravecek Funeral Home, Riverside, handled arrangements.
