Dolores R. Earle, 87, of Brookfield and formerly of Riverside, died Nov. 12, 2014.
She was born June 14, 1927 and later married Walter Earle, who preceded his wife in death.
Ms. Earle was very active during her 57 years in Riverside as a businesswoman and volunteer. She was the owner of the Tower Shop and was the leading sales representative for Enesco Imports. She was past president of the Riverside Chamber of Commerce and served on the Riverside Historical Commission.
In addition, Ms. Earle volunteered for the American Red Cross and the PTA. She was also a Brownie troop leader, tax aide volunteer, SHIP volunteer and helped with the money management program for the Southwest Suburban Center on Aging.
She was the mother of Kent (Carol) Earle, Stephen Earle and Barbara (Paul) Ross; the grandmother of Scott (Melissa), Becky (Adam), Paul (fiancée Jessica) and Christopher; and the great grandmother of Teagan, Kamryn, Alex and Jessalyn.
Services have been held. Interment was at Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago.
