Giovanna Paola Giurini (nee Vouch), 88, of North Riverside and formerly of Cicero, died Jan. 9, 2015.
Ms. Giurini was born in Trieste, Italy, on Nov. 20, 1926. She later immigrated to the United States, where she and her husband, Rudy Giurini, raised 10 children. Mr. Giurini preceded his wife in death.
She was the mother of mother of Vanna (Dennis) Lewis, John Giurini, Henry (Laura) Giurini, Paul (Michelle) Giurini, Frank (Virginija) Giurini, Lenora Giurini, Susanna Giurini, Dina (Greg) Gordon, Carlo (Cathy) Giurini and Ines Giurini and the grandmother of Scott (Stephanie) Lewis, Kelly Lewis, Whitney Gordon, Michael Giurini, Lauren Giurini, Angelo Giurini, Isabella Giurini, Eileena Giurini, Nicholas Giurini, Sophia Giurini, Joseph Giurini, Andre Giurini and Mia Giurini.
