Throughout the month of March, Riverside Parks and Recreation will have a tree filled with eggs with items listed on them. If you are interested in purchasing items to be donated to American military personnel, stop by the water tower in Centennial Park, Longcommon Raod and Pine Avenue, and pick an egg from the tree.
Return the items to the Parks and Recreation Department and they will be distributed at centers specifically for military personnel. Feel free to contact Riverside Parks and Recreation for more information. The department will be distributing items with the help of the USO to the military centers before the spring holiday.
