Jack J. Dalton, 78, of North Riverside, died April 19, 2015.
Mr. Dalton was born in Chicago on Oct. 12, 1936. He served in the U.S. Army and was a self-employed systems analyst who enjoyed golf, blackjack, the Chicago White Sox traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was the husband of Marilyn Dalton (nee Starzec); the father of Kathy (Ron) Silay and Karen (Dona) Dalton; the grandfather of Kelly (Ryan) Olenski and Colleen Silay; the brother of the late Richard (Fay) Dalton, the late Timothy (Lavada) Dalton and the late Gerry (the late Ed) Felzak; and the uncle of many generations of nieces and nephews.
Visitation is on Thursday, April 23 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 Desplaines Ave. in North Riverside. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. at Mater Christi Church in North Riverside, followed by entombment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery’s Christ the King Mausoleum in Hillside.
