Apparently the principal at Riverside-Brookfield High School is not concerned about the tests that don’t mean so much, but is confident about the tests that have yet to be taken.

The rise in teachers’ salaries apparently did little to address the students’ learning deficit. Pretend that LT played RB at basketball and beat RB 52 to 26. That apparently is meaningless; we will just wait until we get a score we like.

PARCC metrics are also meaningless because the students did not approach the test in a meaningful way. Huh? And the numbers are on a par with Morton? The bar has been reset, and it has been set low.

Apparently the Schooldigger.com data finally caught up with the school. Can Smetana dismiss that or will she wait for a different test. Possibly falling property values. Additional excuses to follow. Please stand by.
