Join the Brookfield Jazz Society as members celebrate the club’s 11th anniversary with a performance by the Ava Logan Quartet on Thursday, March 24 at 7 p.m. at Sawa’s Old Warsaw restaurant, 9200 Cermak Road in Broadview.
Logan, who starred in Ella Fitzgerald: First Lady of Song a decade ago, will bring what Sun-Times critic Hedy Weiss called a “powerhouse voice” to the stage along with a wide-ranging repertoire from jazz standards to R&B.
For this event, there is a minimum band donation of $10 for Brookfield Jazz Society members and guests. All are welcome to attend.
