Mary S. Jakubowski (nee Janicki), 89, of Brookfield, died on April 5, 2016.
Born on Aug. 18, 1926, she later married Leonard P. Jakubowski, who preceded his wife in death. She worked as a wire winder for a manufacturing company.
Ms. Jakubowski is survived by her children, Mitchell Jakubowski and Michael Jakubowski, and her siblings, the late Evelyn Osowski, Frank (Lori) Janicki and Chester Janicki.
A funeral Mass was celebrated April 9 at St. Louise de Marillac Church in LaGrange Park followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.
Hitzeman Funeral Home, Brookfield, handled arrangements.
