The Frederick Law Olmsted Society kicks off its series of summer/fall walking tours with a tour of the area north of the BNSF tracks on Sunday, May 29 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The docent-led walking tour kicks off from the east side of the main train platform, 90 Bloomingbank Road. Tickets are $15 ($10 for Olmsted Society members and seniors 62 and older).
Other north side tours will be held on July 31 and Sept. 18. Tours of the areas south of the train tracks will be held on June 26, Aug. 28 and Oct. 30.
