Charles J. “Chuck” Stastny, 87, of LaGrange Park, died on Oct. 4, 2016.
Born on March 28, 1929, Mr. Stastny served during the Korean War with the U.S. Army and was an engineer for a Tool and Die Company.
Mr. Stastny is survived by his wife, Dorothy J. Stastny (nee Jacklin); his children, Susan (Andreas) Tobler and Sandra (Robert) Weidner; his grandchildren, Bobby Weidner and Jennifer Weidner; his sister, Lorraine Ouska; and his many nieces and nephews.
Services have been held. Interment was at Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park.
Hitzeman Funeral Home, Brookfield, handled arrangements.
