It is very difficult to run a small village effectively. I am delighted to see that Jessica Frances received this increase in salary plus a bonus as Riverside’s village manager.
Establishing the WC3 consolidated emergency dispatch center and now running it is a major task. As we move forward with upgrading village owned properties her strong leadership is important.
