The Congress Park Student Council sponsored a March fundraiser to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. During the pennies for Patients campaign, students collected change and online donations totaling $3,550 to help fund research to find cures and ensure access to treatment for blood cancer patients. Student Council sponsors Michaeleen Nutley and Joe Giordano guided the campaign.
