Loretta Ruppert, 86, of North Riverside and formerly of Chicago, died on August 21, 2017. Born on May 10, 1931 she was a hospital Nursing Supervisor. Loretta Ruppert was the wife of the late Merle A. Ruppert; mother of John (Katharine) Ruppert, Robert (Aldona) Ruppert, Laurie-Ann (James) Redel and Elizabeth (Ralph) Wiser; and the grandmother of Katharine Redel. Visitation is on Friday, August 25 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, August 26 from 9:00 until 9:30 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 West 31st St. in Brookfield followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Mater Christi Church in North Riverside with Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
