We have just returned from having our car pass its emissions test at the Bedford Park location.
Please be extra careful in following the many signs regarding car license renewals, which may be applied for at the same location after your car has passed the test. So convenient.
However, be aware that because the test station is not a state of Illinois facility, you will be charged an extra fee for this “convenience.” I our case, it was $7.50 more than the state’s $101 fee.
Apparently, we missed the small print, nor did any Illinois Air Team member happen to mention the cost of this service before we handed over the credit card.
