The Brookfield Elks Lodge #1510 and Brookfield Police Department are partnering to host a special drug-awareness program for parents on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 7:30 p.m. in the council chamber of the Brookfield Village Hall, 8820 Brookfield Ave.

Drug prevention specialist Ray Lozano will conduct a 60-minute presentation where he’ll discuss how to talk to youths about alcohol and cannabis use. The presentation is open to the public. Admission is free.

The program is sponsored by the Elks Association State Drug Awareness program.
