Elaine Sterba (nee Fink), 92, of Brookfield, died Feb. 4, 2019. Born May 9, 1926, she was a homemaker.
Ms. Sterba was the wife of the late George Frank Sterba; the mother of Warren (Wanda) Sterba and the late Steven (Barbara) Sterba; the grandmother of April (Casey Turner) Sterba, Samantha Sterba and Naomi Sterba; the great-grandmother of Olive Turner and James Turner; the sister-in-law of Agnes Pajer; the aunt of Kathe Heetel, Tom Pajer and Joe Pajer; and the cousin of Kenneth (Arline) Chrt.
Services have bene held. Interment was at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Stickney.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Ascension Lutheran Church, 400 Nuttall Road, Riverside, 60546.
