Margaret E. Holland, (nee Finerty), 88, of Brookfield, died on Oct. 26, 2019. Born on June 10, 1931, she was a pharmacy manager prior to retirement.
Ms. Holland was the wife of the late Patrick James (Jim) Holland; the mother of Mike (Mary) Holland, Janice (Mike) Walsen, John Holland, Mark (Anne) Holland and Jim (Marcia) Holland; the grandmother of Amy (Emile) Harley, Brian (Amanda) Holland, Patrick Walsen, Daniel Walsen and Megan Walsen; the great-grandmother of Lydia Margaret, Emma and Michael Harley; the sister of the late James P. (the late Clementine) Finerty, Robert Finerty and Edward Finerty; the sister-in-law of Betty Holland, the late Anne (the late Wayne) Warburton, the late Robert (the late Jean) Holland, the late William (the late Margaret) Holland, the late Jack (the late Betty) Holland and the late Donald (Nancy) Holland; and the aunt and great-aunt of many.
Visitation is on Friday, Nov. 1 from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 to 9:30 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9445 31st St. in Brookfield. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. at St. Louise de Marillac Church, La Grange Park. Interment is at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
