The Illinois Department of Public Health is conducting a free drive-thru COVID-19 testing site on Friday, Aug. 21 and Saturday, Aug. 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Countryside at the site of the old city hall, 5500-5550 East Ave.
Those wishing to be tested are asked to enter off of 55th Street just west of East Avenue. This is a drive-thru site only. There is no cost to be tested, and anyone can be tested regardless of insurance or immigration status. Have a photo ID ready.
