For the first time ever in 2020, the Brookfield Beautification Commission recognized a local resident for outstanding Halloween home decorating. In October, the commission delivered a certificate and a flower arrangement to Mark Infusio, who in recent years has pulled out all the stops decorating the exterior of his home in the 4400 block of Elm Avenue. This year, he added a boat scene with a literal skeleton crew. Infusio also lit the display at night to give it an extra spooky flair.
