Riverside police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of attempting to break into a garage and a vehicle in the 300 block of Fairbank Road during the early morning hours of Feb. 3.
The alleged offender’s image was captured security camera video at two residences. The videos show a man wearing a black and gray jacket, a black hood, tight black pants, black shoes, black socks and a white face mask.
One of the videos also show him wearing a black glove on his left hand but no glove on his right hand. In that video he is also seen riding a yellow or orange bicycle with silver handlebars.
A resident of the block called police at about 4 a.m. on Feb. 3 to inform them of the incident that happened at that home at around 1:53 a.m., when he received a Ring doorbell notification.
Police who responded to the area were unable to locate any suspect, but they did collect evidence from the home where the attempted garage burglary took place.
