If you are still looking for a job this summer, you may want to check out Brookfield Zoo, 8400 31st St. in Brookfield. SSA, the company that oversees the zoo’s gifts shops, restaurants and catering division will host a job fair on Saturday, July 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the zoo’s Discovery Center.
SSA is looking for dozens of individuals to work in a variety of positions, including food service associates, warehouse associates, retail associates, catering associate servers/porters, catering captains and cooks.
Additionally, the Chicago Zoological Society, which manages Brookfield Zoo, will also have representatives at the job fair to talk to individuals interested in applying for positions as admission attendants, Motor Safari tram guides, call center workers, custodians and grounds crew staff.
Summer job openings, featuring flexible work schedules with availability Monday-Friday as well as weekends and holidays, are available.
